Can you see the progress?

Here's what happened to the haunted house over the weekend....

....and, in case you're wondering, these are the zipper pulls I ordered to put the finishing touch on the pouches I showed you last week...

The RC removed the 'zipper' section and I replaced that with split rings to hang them on the existing zippers.  I was happy that the cows are reversible.

- THIS reminded me of my maternal grandmother who often made things similar.

- THIS is a cute little project.

- I thought THIS was a pretty 'take' on granny ripples.

- There's no link to any sort of pattern but I rather like THIS.

Today's quote is from Anne Frank..."Human greatness does not lie in wealth or power, but in character and goodness"

  3. Oh yes, I can definitely see progress on the Halloween piece!!
(I've heard of a "tractor pull" but never a "cow pull" hahaha--my lame attempt at some humor during these humorless days we are experiencing here!!)
I love that Aunt Lydia piece--my Grand-mere was fond of crocheting pineapple pieces--I have only a couple single ones of hers
left--sadly, don't know where the bigger pieces went. I also recall some antimacassers (sp?)of twin love birds that were beautiful...
Hope the rest of your week is a good one Hugs, Julierose

    1. hee hee - good one!
My maternal grandma crocheted all different kinds of doilies plus she did a lot of knitted lace that she used to trim pillowcases. I have a few pieces left but have managed to use the rest in various projects over the years.
