More embroidery on black

Now, on to the pictures for this post.  I'm currently working on another crazy quilted purse which has been commissioned for Christmas.  Thought you might like to see some of the seam treatments I've done so far....many of them are designs created by Pam Kellogg of Kitty and Me Designs, some were using the stencils that Sharron Boggon sells and some came out of my head (ouch!).

Today the quote is from an anonymous source.... "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do"

  2. Love the quote.

I always love to see stitching on black. The colors look so vivid on the black back ground. Do you use templates and if so what do you use to mark on the black?

Your work on your crazy quilt purse is lovely.
Your quote I heartily agree with.
I hope you don't think I'm too positive, but it sure beats the socks off negative!

  6. Thanks for the class links and I will check them out. Beautiful looking embroidery and on black it all looks fabulous. I especially like the 2 zigzag like rows with the purple beads down the centre. Very beautifully stitched.

  7. Your other purse was gorgeous so I can't wait to see how this one turns out. That green is so lovely against the black. :-)

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
