A question - is anybody else struggling with leaving comments on Blog-grrrrr? The worst seems to be when I attempt to respond to your comments on my blog. If I'm tardy in responding, that's the reason why.
The RC took me out for lunch too, so I was thoroughly spoiled.
I've been stitching on the landscape and so far have about 12 hours into the embroidery on the floral section. There's lots more needed so I'm nowhere near done. I don't know if this picture will allow you to see the stitching, but hopefully it does (perhaps click to embiggen?)
- THIS is a very good article discussing some of the ways to identify AI-generated patterns.

- If you have a hankering to knit a shawl (prayer or otherwise) perhaps one of THESE would intrigue.

Blogger has been removing my responses to comments on my own blog! I hope it's not going away.
ReplyDeleteIt hasn't been removing my comments - just simply not letting me post them at all. Argh!!
DeleteHappy belated Mother's Day! Beautiful flowers. Great start on your new art quilt. Yes, I can see the stitches, beautiful! I don't have any problems with leaving problems.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Seems like some people have trouble with comments and others don't...odd.
DeleteShould be 'leaving comments', not 'problems'! lol
DeleteYour photos are beautiful, dear friend. Don't worry about responding to my comments, I am just happy to know that you read them.
ReplyDeleteI have never thankfully had any issues with comments.
I do notice, though, that the Blogger news reader doesn't show new posts in timely manner, sometimes hours later, and on occasion, not at all.
I mentioned this on my blog recently which is why I am now telling my readers when to expect my next post.
The posts appear on the blog itself straight away, but the news reader is not working as it should.
That could well be happening with me too Linda but I can't say that I've noticed (yet). For me it's becoming a 50/50 thing whether I can respond to comments on my blog without having to remember to come back and try again later.
DeleteYour bouquet 💐 and photos are beautiful. I am not a mother, but I am so happy you had a good mother's day.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing. ❤️
It's lovely to have fresh flowers, no matter what the occasion.
DeleteGlad that your day was lovely. I got some flowers from Harvey and of course phone calls from our sons. My goodness that is a lot of embroidery in the flower section.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Sounds like you had a nice day too. Yes, lots of embroidery, but I love it, so it's not a hardship.
Deletecomments..yes. Copy, go out and return and paste. if that doesn't work...or if you get the sad face instead of the comments box...go for the web version not the mobile.
ReplyDeleteIf all that doesn't work, sometimes replying on someone els's comments works..or just coming back to in 5 minutes!!
The copy and paste idea is good - thank you! I don't use mobile so that's not the issue, and yes coming back to it often works (provided I remember, that is!).
DeleteYour new landscape is lovely!!!! I leave comments sometimes and I don't get responses and then the opposite is true. I have no idea why. Sorry not much help.
ReplyDeleteI always try to respond to comments on my blog itself, but it's not always working for some reason. It seems google is doing some type of upgrade so perhaps that's what's causing comment problems.
Deletefinally catching up on your blog. I can see what you have been doing when you click on the photo. What you're doing is making it come to life, really interesting.....
ReplyDeleteThanks Gill - I'm hoping all the embroidery adds another dimension to the flowers. Sadly it doesn't show up real well in photos.
