NOTICE!!!
I am having trouble with my hotmail account and it's reached the point where I'm going to try to move everything over to my gmail account - or at least as much as I can. If you email me, please use my gmail address which is the same as my hotmail with the 'hotmail' designation replaced with 'gmail'. I'm not sure what's going on with hotmail but it seems numerous people are having issues so perhaps they're trying to phase it out. If you have sent me an email via hotmail and it's bounced back to you, that's what's going on.

I, of course, have started on a new landscape - the third in my 'Him and Me' series. At this point I'm only thinking about doing three in the series, but who knows.
- If you happen to use foaming hand soap, HERE is a great way to create your own.
- I love the creations of THIS artist!
- You all know how much I love denim, so of course THIS article caught my eye!
- Perhaps THIS will be something you'd like to create.
- If you're in the throes of spring cleaning, perhaps some of the tips found in THIS article might be helpful.
Today's quote..."I'm starting to learn that I don't have to react to everything that bothers me. Sometimes I just need to breathe, let it go, and protect my peace"

Nice start to your 3rd in the "Him and Me" series;)))
ReplyDeleteI am stuck on my creating front these days. So just taking a bit of a break from all things fabric pretty much. Looking through things to see what I want to keep on with...but so far nothing has really captured my interest...maybe it's just Spring--not my favorite time of the year...hugs, Julierose
Sometimes we get stuck in a bit of a rut and it's not always easy to find something to spark us again. I hope your 'drought' doesn't last too long!
DeleteI wouldn't count on only three in this series! You're on one of your rolls.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't count on it either, but will have to wait and see.
DeleteI sent you a test email just to check I'd got it right.
ReplyDeleteYes, you did...thank you!
DeleteHotmail began phasing out a few years ago into Outlook email addresses. Remember the Outlook email days? It is still very much around.
ReplyDeleteReading the name Hotmail feels like decades ago. It was popular before Gmail started.
I love this series. Perhaps consider a different couple and setting to expand the series?
May
I guess I've been using Outlook without really knowing it. Hotmail was my first email address so I have a lot that's still tied into it.
DeleteMight see if a different couple - or perhaps kids? - might come to the fore.
Maybe they can get a dog?
DeleteThat's a thought! Not sure how successful I would be with doing a dog though but something to ponder.
DeleteBeautiful creations from that artist. I also love your creativity.
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda - glad you found something of interest in the links.
DeleteLove the start on your next project. I have had trouble with my hotmail.com account, and so have been trying to move everything to my hotmail.ca account. That started about a month ago.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
My problems started about a month ago too - so there must be something going on. I didn't know hotmail had a dot ca option so I will have to check that out.
DeleteSo many stories can be told from your landscape quilts! Thanks for the links -- the denim cards are great. The decluttering ideas are very practical.
ReplyDeleteI really hope this series of landscapes do tell somewhat of a story. Glad you enjoyed the links!
DeleteComing in very late, I know this landscape is already finished, but I'm going to try to scroll backwards and watch your progress. I'm always amazed when you first show a quilt, it always looks nearly finished to me. But I know now to be prepared to be blown away. :D
