A close up of sorts

This, I hope, will show you a few of the details I'm adding to the landscape.  Hopefully you can see the sailboat, the seagulls and the pot of flowers.

- Have a peek at the gallery of THIS artist!

- And THIS one too!

- I'm pretty sure THESE are generated by AI, but dang, they're awwww-worthy! (scroll down)

Amending this post to add this important piece of information (thank you Boud...if you want to know more about it, read her post HERE)...

Today's quote....

  1. JoMo is a really good find, thank you. I've now subbed to her YouTube channel, too. I like that whole approach. And the bird motif. Your own piece is coming along a treat. I ban ai as theft, so I'm not clicking on that link.

    1. Glad you liked that artist - thought maybe you might. Fair enough about not clicking on the possible AI link - I get it. There are parts of it I don't mind but overall I think it's nothing but a threat.

  2. your quote is so spot on!!!

and the seagulls are an excellent addition - they look like they're coming in to steal fries or a sandwich from some unsuspecting tourist.

    1. You're welcome! If I waited until Friday to post it, it would have been a tad late so thought I'd better get it in now.

    1. I think most people know they can do that, at least I hope they do! Even so, the details (such as the amount of stitching I add to the 'boards' on the pier) don't show up in photos. Thanks for the reminder!

    1. I'm certainly having a lot of fun working on this little series. First time I've worked in a series so who knows, it might happen again.
As for AI - it has it's uses, but it's dangerous too. Like everything on the internet, use with caution.

  9. What a thought provoking quote you shared in that image. That's one of those that you just want to hang up somewhere in your home. I just got a new cabinet painting, I might try to hang something up like you shared. Thank you so much.
