My gift to you this Christmas, as it has been in recent years,
is THIS. Turn your sound on and enjoy!
is THIS. Turn your sound on and enjoy!

“And when we give each other Christmas gifts in His name, let us remember that He has given us the sun and the moon and the stars, and the earth with its forests and mountains and oceans--and all that lives and move upon them. He has given us all green things and everything that blossoms and bears fruit and all that we quarrel about and all that we have misused--and to save us from our foolishness, from all our sins, He came down to earth and gave us Himself.”

“Want to keep Christ in Christmas? Feed the hungry, clothe the naked, forgive the guilty, welcome the unwanted, care for the ill, love your enemies, and do unto others as you would have done unto you.”
“Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before! What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!”
― How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

merry christmas, Mary Anne, to you and yours!!!
ReplyDeletep.s. - you're getting some very old French fries, a too crispy chicken sandwich and a medium root beer - mediocre at best (but no food poisoning, so there's that) ... and the last thing before that was a can of soup and a half a priced mini-loaf of French bread cuz i wouldn't want to leave out the RC - ha ha ha!!!
Well, I do appreciate the no food poisoning part of it! Merry Christmas wishes to you too!!

DeleteOh how I have missed you my friend. My iPad lost its brain and I was without everything. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I am not technical but hubby is…except he hates Apple and iPad. Finally he figured out that Apple and iPad do not play with VPN (Virtual Personal Networks). Yay! I am back. I have missed you my friend. Here’s to more creativity in 2026. XOXO
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Glad you figured out your computer-y issues. Happy wishes for 2026!

ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me know - it's easy to do.
DeleteI love that song, and I love the quotes - especially the middle one. It is so, so true. I hope you and RC had a blessed Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThat song makes me tear up every single time I hear it...Jesus, after all, is the entire reason for the season and that song reminds me of that.
