Above is a fairly simple treatment, done using waste canvas
in order to keep the stitches even.
Below is a piece of tatting, highlighted with some gold beads.
Below I used pearl cotton to make the lazy daisy flowers,
gold embroidery floss to make the cretan stitches,
and silk ribbon fargo roses to
finish it off.
MA....very nice seam embellishments. Also you are so techno savvy, not like this old dino. Now off to prove I am not a robot...
ReplyDeleteI didn't know you knew how to tat. I try to learn a couple of times but it didn't stick. Do you use a hoop when embroidering? Your stitches are lovely.
