As I remember....here was how it was made: Fold the towel into 1/3s the neck opening is cut on the 1st fold so there is a little towel in the back, but most is in the front. I have some measurements for babies head circumferences. I will find the link and comment again.
The ribbing at the neck was about 1" so I would think the ribbing must have been about 2 3/4" to 3" wide.
DebMosaic Magpiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08715004978582753127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24429902.post-80211730535626149802014-07-18T14:24:01.119-04:002014-07-18T14:24:01.119-04:00Great quote. If I see any other type in my travels I'll let you know.

There is an Etsy company that is in Stoney Creek called The Sewing Network. I was looking for an open ended coat zipper in an non standard size. Looked everywhere. Couldn't find one. They didn't have any open ended zippers listed but when I asked them they had one for me right away. The service was fabulous. There is no harm in asking them if they sell ribbing.

https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/sewingnetworkMary Ann Tatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06064111648107079739noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24429902.post-1716874310103973212014-07-17T21:54:05.709-04:002014-07-17T21:54:05.709-04:00I do know of a knitter who may be able to help but...I do know of a knitter who may be able to help but i am not sure of her blog.
