  8. This barn is art. Will you do another? Do you put the first one and this one side by side to compare and see how your skill has progressed? This is such an accomplishment. I'm going to ponder your quote of the day. And I'm going to check out your links!

  12. I think you've done a great job. You should be so proud of yourself.
I have made so many pacifier clips that I no longer need a tutorial. I just need to find suitable fabric - which is sometimes hard to do.

  15. Another Masterpiece. Each barn has been a joy to view.

    You should exhibit them somewhere.
and if you put them up for sale, they would go like hotcakes.

  16. I love it! Will you frame it? I can imagine it in an old wooden frame. You are so clever at this.

  17. It looks wonderful, MA. Three barns done, how many more do you plan? This will be a big quilt, right?

  19. I came late to this party, so I admit I didn't really understand some things. And to help you understand my lack of understanding, let me say I am no quilter. But I thought what I was looking at was a pre-printed piece of fabric that you were quilting and embellishing (I thought at least the barn was pre-printed). I didn't realize that you created all of this from a photo. I'm almost speechless. Except that I want to say how seriously impressed I am. Adequate words fail me, but the barn, the clouds, the grass... It's all amazing. And I read a comment above where someone is suggesting that this is a square that may go into a larger quilt?!? Of more barns? Now I'm truly speechless. Looking forward to seeing more of your creations.

  21. Becki- hope you come back to this and can see my response to your lovely comment (you must be set to 'no reply' because I can't reach you directly)! Yes, this project is created entirely in fabric - no pre-printed panels. And no, it isn't part of a larger quilt - it's a stand-alone wall hanging. I don't have room to create large quilts in my little sewing space, so it will have to be wall hangings I'm afraid.
