Something different!

Today I have something different to share with you because I'm certain you're getting pretty tired of seam treatments all the time!  I just finished this crocheted poncho which will be gifted to a friend on her birthday.

It's called the Swirled Motifs Poncho and is a Mary Maxim kit
Picture from the Mary Maxim web site

Because (shhhhh) the sun is actually shining so far today,  your quote is from Joseph Addison..."What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity.  These are but trifles to be sure; but scattered along life's pathway, the good they do is inconceivable"

  9. What a lovely job your have done on this poncho. It looks so lovely on the model!
What a scarey story about your friend with the computer getting help with Windows 10. Yes we all have to be suspicious of these do gooders!
Keep up your lovely work with trying different seam stitches - they look great.
I'm trying to set up pages on my blog so I can sell my artwork there. It certainly is not easy but I will persist!!
    Take care my friend,\
