More additions

I've stitched another couple of areas on my hussif.  Sorry about the picture quality but the light here is not good (dull skies and more snow threatening).

I added the little row of scissors for a
seam treatment, and the spools of thread...
all done using waste canvas.

Today your quote is from Richard Bach...  "The simplest questions are the most profound.  Where were you born?  Where is your home?  Where are you going?  What are you doing?  Think about these once in awhile and watch your answers change"

  3. How very adorable your little scissor seam treatment is. And the thread spools are excellent. Thanks for the links and I may just have to make an organizational/visual board. Raining buckets here today with hail interspersed, Warm hot cocoa hugs...

  5. The scissors embellishing their away across the seam is such a clever idea. I had a quick look at the quilting link, it looks very helpful. I seem to need all the help I can get when it comes to Maths and shapes and all things measurement....alas not my strong point. =)
