Proud moment!

Over the weekend one of my crazy quilt students sent me pictures of her completed hussif.  I am a very proud teacher to think that I had even a little part in the creation of this...

Way to go Chrissie!!  It looks wonderful!

Today's quote is from Andy Rooney... "The two biggest sellers in any bookstore are the cookbooks and the diet books.  The cookbooks tell you how to prepare the food and the diet books tell you how not to eat any of it"

  1. LOL I can "hear" Andy Rooney saying that!

What a wonderful crazy quilt creation and you should feel proud to have taught and inspired people in that direction...

Beautiful work, I love those seams and beading.
It's on my 'buckeet list' to do one day! A shame we are so far apart as I would love you to teach me the finer points of crazy quilting.

  7. A quote for you MA
"A good teacher is like a candle-it consumes itself to light the way for others"

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
