Some stitching

I didn't have much time to stitch again today, but I did manage do these two little motifs on the latest purse...

The cross stitch (done on waste canvas) below is another one of the lovely motifs in Pam Kellogg's 'Elegant Cross Stitch Sentiments For Crazy Quilting' book.  Using waste canvas is one of my favourite techniques.  I changed Pam's design slightly to suit the design I'm working with.

  3. it doesn't matter how much you sew in one day....it's all gorgeous . Better that than a lot of sewing that you pull out.....(which I have been known to do on occasion!!)

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
