Another bit of white

This is the latest block I have completed for my white cloth.  I've left the bottom right corner empty because I plan to have an embellishment flow over onto it from the adjoining piece.

Above is the view outside my studio window.  The tree in the foreground is currently home to a nest of crows - unfortunately we can't see into the nest because it's almost at the very top of the tree.  I don't think you can tell from the picture but the trees beside the river are just starting to show the leaves coming out.

  2. Hi Maggie

I just love this block with the fabric ruching out from the belt buckle and the french knots placed in there. Just beautiful.

I am at the point where I am trying to get my 4 large blocks put together for a hanging (not mine). This is mainly from the first course with just a few bits from the second. I am going to make a book of small samples from the second course. I am hooked and I know you are too.

The pic out your window is lovely.
A very nice spot winter or summer.

How nice that Spring is popping in your neck of the woods...I bet those crows can be noisey...I find them very entertaining
