More of the 'mystery' project

This is not only a mystery to you, but it's a total mystery to me as to what I'm heading for with this piece. I worked on it today while a couple of friends were here and have to admit that I think I'm liking it. However, the big question is...what on earth am I doing and what am I going to DO with it. Will it be a journal cover, a piece of 'stuff' for a wall someplace, or will it reside in the bottom of a drawer someplace. Only time will tell.
More from the garden...peonies this time.

  1. Hey Hey MA ... I for one like it and whatever you decide to finish it to be ... it'll be wonderful!

    I think it'd make an awesome journal cover or a special piece to hang on the wall!

    This just does not belong hidden in a drawer ... don't do that!

    Hugs ... Marie

  2. I really like it. My favorite way to create is like that, never knowing where it will take you.

  3. Sweetie, i am really really liking this one---i see Kantha! I see raw edges! I see MaryAnne climbing on artistic ledges! :}
    The colour choices are superb as well, nicely complimenting each other and shapes blending in without disappearing--yummy---if it has no "purpose" yet, wait, it will tell you.

  6. Love the textures, the colors and everything so far. I'm sure it will turn out wonderful. You are very artistic and sometimes we never know what we'll end up with, but somehow it always makes us smile.

    Love the peonies too. Wish I had them here and you had more.

Thank you so much for leaving comments! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy life to talk to me. It's wonderful to know that someone is actually reading my mumblings and even more fun if I can connect with you and visit your blog.
